50% upfront, 25% midpoint of project and final 25% on delivery for project work. Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month. Payments via bank transfer or Grey.co.
That is fine — and common. The scoping call is for exactly this. You describe the problem you are solving, I ask questions, and together we shape what needs to be built. I have done this with both RunPitch and Help Writing Resumes.
